Our integrity is important to us. All items are inspected for obvious faults/damage before we despatch to you.
Purchases may be returned for a full refund if the item(s) are faulty or damaged upon arrival. All returns must be returned to us in original packaging and condition within 10 days of receipt. Please return faulty items by signature required courier where possible. Freight costs will be reimbursed. Refunds will be made to the original credit card to which that order was charged.

Lode Jewellery stands behind all its products as original and authentic. Our items are sold true to their description, notwithstanding any colour variation due to computer screen resolution or differences.  We do not sell fake or counterfeit jewellery. In some cases, the chains and fittings are not manufactured by Lode.
