Shipping details must include a physical address and contact Phone number. We will not despatch without these details. We do not despatch to Post Office Boxes.

Upon receipt of your order Lode Jewellery will issue an email notification. This notification will detail item(s) ordered, prices and shipping charges. We will confirm delivery address and advise customer of date of despatch and appropriate courier/tracking numbers. 

Domestic Mail orders will be sent by NZ Courier Post, signature upon delivery. Delivery will take approximately 3-5 days upon receipt of order. Please notify us within 10 days if you do not receive your parcel. Items shipped within NZ are shipped freight free.

International Mail Orders. You can select which method of delivery you would prefer. Please read the delivery times and insurance cover as stated below. You may be subject to your Country or overseas authority, import duties/taxes/customs clearance/or any other levies once the shipment reaches your country. These charges are not included in the courier price. Contact your local Customs agent for further information on applicable charges.

International Express Courier

• Target delivery time 1 -5 working days
• Tracked item, with signature required on delivery
• Standard insurance cover for loss or damage up to NZ $2000
• additional insurance cover can be purchased for items valued over NZ $2000 but less than NZ $ 50000.

International Air

• target delivery time 3 - 10 working days
• parcel not tracked, no signature required on delivery
• Standard cover for loss or damage up to NZ $  additional insurance cover can be purchased for items valued over NZ $250 but less than $ 1500.
