Each finished piece of Lode Bespoke Jewellery is hallmarked with "LODE" and the appropriate metal stamps. If requested we will have an independant valuation certificate ready upon collection. We recommend having a valuation done at this stage, so you can list your item with your insurer as soon as possible.

Any remaining payments are made when you collect your item as we do not release any work until it is paid in full.

One question we get asked a lot is..."will I come in next week and see a copy of my ring in your cabinets?"

The answer to this is no. Your design is unique to you. We do not use images of your item for promotion purposes, nor put them in catalogues for anyone to view, with out prior consent. We do show clients photos of your item during the design process if what they are asking for is similiar but we will not make exact copies, only a variation on a theme. You may bump into someone and recognise the style of their piece but there will always be something special and different about yours.
