Can I order a different length chain than the one stated when buying a pendant?

Yes, you can. If the chain length you require is within 5 cms length of the stated length, there is no extra charge. Just add this information when ordering or click on product enquiry if you require a quote. It may take a little longer to get your piece to you as we may have to make the chain up to length.

I have a lucky number and want to buy that number in a limited edition range, can I do this?

Yes, you can. We often get requests for a birthdate or anniversary date and as long as it hasn`t already sold you can request your favourite number. Click on product enquiry on the product page and we will let you know if your number is still there.

I have lost my Limited Edition piece, numbered 14.30, can you replace it?

As these are limited editions, we can replace the item if this range hasn`t already sold out but we cannot repeat the number stamp.
