For ease of understanding...one gram weight = 2 paper clips!  

For example..If a pair of earrings weighs 3.5 grams then grab 7 x paper clips and this is an    approximate weight.  
                  ..If the total weight of a pendant, including the chain is 18 grams, then 36  paperclips is the weight you are looking at...!
