"I approached Roley at Lode because I wanted to convert the gold from my Grandmother's rings into a special ring for my 50th birthday.  I went with some fixed ideas but her remarkable imagination and flair took us elsewhere, and led eventually to the beautiful piece she created for me.  My new ring has history and memories as well as being contemporary and fresh, and I am extremely grateful to Roley for bringing out its story.  She is a credit to her profession, and the whole process from start to finish was pure pleasure"
