The flax plant is fantastic! In summer the tui birds feed on its flowers and sing their song. The leaves can be woven into cloaks, floor mats, even traditional handbags, known as kete. The sterling silver earrings show a few flax leaves near the top of a flax bush. Simplistic and stark, they need no explanation.

Each pair of earrings is individually numbered and stamped on the back.  Limited to a run of 50 pairs, the stamp will reflect the number in the series, eg 17-50.
