These sterling silver earrings are a snapshot of two fern fronds unfurling. In nature they grow in the middle of the mature plant and are protected by the older fronds. This shape is known as a koru and has become an icon of New Zealand.

Each pair of earrings is individually numbered and stamped on the back.  Limited to a run of 50 pairs, the stamp will reflect the number in the series, eg 17-50.
